Full-page ads include a free In-Theater Ad Display free of charge if purchased by Aug. 21, and half-page advertisers are eligible to add on the In-Theater Ad Display option. ALL ads include hyperlinks to a web address FREE OF CHARGE! If you purchase ANY ad size by Aug. 21, you may include an extra interactive element FREE OF CHARGE! Playbill Artwork Submission Options & Guidelines:
Your playbill ad may be submitted in one of the following ways: 

  • Submit During Online Purchase (Free)
    Submit when you complete your online contract during the checkout process. 
  • Submit via Dropbox/Google Drive or Email Later (Free)
    Send via email to insightfulconcepts@gmail.com or share via Dropbox or Google Drive by 5 pm on Oct. 17, 2025.
  • Use Same Ad From Previous Season (Free)
    Must be the same size and placed within the last two seasons without any alterations.
  • Build Your Ad or Modify Previous Ad (Additional Fee)
    An additional fee of $20 for Eighth & Quarter page ads, $30 for Half page ads, and $50 for Full page ads will be added to the cost of your ad. The fee includes one round of revisions (additional revisions are billed at $30 each). All elements MUST be submitted by 5 pm on Oct. 10, 2025, and the ad must be approved by 5 pm on Oct. 17, 2025.

In-Theater Artwork Submission Options & Guidelines:
Use the Comments field on the checkout form to indicate how you will supply your artwork. Your in-theater display ad may only be submitted as follows:

  • Submit via Dropbox/Google Drive or Email Later (Free)
    Send via email to insightfulconcepts@gmail.com or share via Dropbox or Google Drive by 5 pm on Oct. 17, 2025.
  • Use Same Logo & Text From Previous Season (Free)
    Must be the same logo and text placed within the last two seasons without any alterations.
