Josh attended NFB from 1992 to 1998, and studied at Harid Conservatory and Pacific Northwest Ballet School. He has been a member of Pacific Northwest Ballet, National Ballet of Canada , and is currently with Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo. He created the soloist role of "The Horse" in James Kudelka's An Italian Straw Hat and performed the Carnival King in Romeo and Juliet by John Cranko. Other roles include lead couple in Desir by James Kudelka, Snow Trio in Nutcracker by James Kudelka, The Moor in Petrushka by Fokine. At Les Ballets Trockadero de Monte Carlo he has had various male and female soloist roles in theatres around the world. (Japan, Russia, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, UK, and Canada) including Dying Swan Prince in Swan Lake, Poet and Waltz Girl in Les Sylphides, Myrtha in Giselle, Lead Girl in Go for Barocco, Lead Girl in Trovatiara, Paquita soloist, and Baron in Gaite Parisienne. He was invited by Pacific Northwest Ballet to dance the Dying Swan with the company as a guest artist in March 2008.
